What to Expect in Your First Class

Arrive 10 Minutes Early
Meet your instructor, tour the facility, and fill out a quick waiver. Wear comfortable athletic clothes and bring water.

Warm-Up & Introduction
Start with a group warm-up to get your body ready. Your instructor will explain basic movements and safety guidelines.

Learn Core Techniques
Practice fundamental strikes, blocks, and defense moves. Go at your own pace with personalized coaching.

Do I need prior experience?
Absolutely not! Most of our members start as complete beginners. Our instructors are experts at teaching people at every level.
What should I wear?
Comfortable athletic clothes (t-shirt, shorts or sweatpants) and athletic shoes. We provide all equipment for your first class.
How long is a class?
Most classes are 60 minutes. Your first tryout class may be slightly shorter depending on the program.
What if I'm not in great shape?
That's exactly why you should start! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Go at your own pace and build up gradually.
Is it safe?
Yes! Safety is our top priority. All techniques are taught progressively with proper supervision and protective equipment when needed.
What happens after the free class?
Zero pressure! If you love it, we'll show you membership options. If not, no problem — the class is completely free with no obligation.
