Kids Krav
Krav Zone programs for kids & Teens
We teach wide range or techniques (stand-up long range and close, clinch, grappling) to make our students well rounded, and it makes our classes more interesting and develops all aspects of physical abilities.
Age Group
The KravZone differences in Kids' Curriculum are defined by kids' Age. At KravZone, we divide our groups according to age groups (5-6, 7-8, 9-12, and Teens). We apply to every age group the appropriate teaching methods as defined by sports education best practices standards. Each age group is taught different levels of drills according to their age.
Variety of Techniques
We teach our students just techniques that work! We teach a wide range of techniques (stand-up long range and close, clinch, grappling) to make our students well-rounded, and it makes our classes more interesting and develops all aspects of physical abilities. All our games and drills have a technical purpose and contribute to the martial art skills gained by the young martial artists.
Non-Competitive & Safe
Building Winners in a Fun non-competitive environment. We focus less on formalities, ceremonies, and “show” rather we develop self-discipline and self-confidence by working hard and setting achievable challenges for our young members. Students are trained to complete them successfully and safely.
Teamwork
There are many interactions between our students. Most of the drills in class are for couples or groups and fewer individuals. It gives the kids better social abilities, it brings the great values gained by teamwork, friendship, and sportsmanship. And again, more interesting.
No Hidden Fees
At KravZone, there are NO extra fees or hidden premium fees for belts and degrees. This became an upsell mechanism in most other martial arts schools for kids. We don’t charge for belt tests because payment is due. Rather, kids get their degrees when they deserve them.

From Master Shlomi Katz:
“The unique nature of the Kids program at KravZone comes from my Master, who holds a Ph.D. in Kids Physical Education and is a leading authority in the Wingate Institute, Israel’s National Center for Physical Education and Sports. I have endlessly refined this program through the vast number of kids I have instructed over the years. Many of my students that started with this program continued to learn and train individually in martial arts and have gone on to win various competitions.”
