Great instructors, friendly people, teen and kid classes. Plus they offer strength and conditioning classes.
My daughter and I really enjoy doing the Krav and cub classes. My only complaint is that our class starts late almost every time and the time does not get...
Loving it. I've been with them for 3 months and every instructor is super helpful. Definitely recommending and continuing here.
Coach Tyler will show you world class technique straight from Caio Terra 10X world Champ, highly recommend his no-gi grappling class if you are a beginner or intermediate. Gym is super nice and Krav coach is really professional. Dont miss Tuesday, Thursday and Friday Grappling, imma be there!
Fantastic gym with some of hands-down the experienced and qualified martial arts experts I've ever trained with. There's punching bag/fitness classes for...
Efficient, professional, and very friendly instructors, all the equipment you need, and great students! On one hand I don't want to tell anyone about this gem because the parking lot will get crowded. On the other, I can't not recommend this dojo. First class is free, so come and see for yourself 🙂
This gym is perfect for anyone wanting to learn martial arts for what ever reason. Although they do not offer boxing, kickboxing or mma tournaments, they are ready and willing to help you find one. Or, if you choose to learn Krav for self defense purposes, the instructors are amazing about that as well. Overall one of the best places to learn martial arts and very highly recommend, with amazing instructors and facilities.
Amazing place. Love everybody here. Very useful class for REAL defense. I did taekwondo before and Krav is more for street fight scenario.
I have been coming here for four and a half years. I don't think I knew what real self defense was before I came here. Shlomi and Tomer, the two main instructors, both served in the IDF. This isn't the place where you learn kata or other techniques that only work in karate movies. Here, you're going to learn how to REALLY survive on the street. When I first came here, I had already spent 4 years in a Tae Kwon Do studio, but I eventually realized it was black belt mill. I can say with confidence that this is not a black belt mill. I failed one of my belt tests, which may seem like a negative thing, but it shows that they aren't here to take your money and give you a belt. This is a place where you earn your belts. There are also other classes you can take advantage of here, like kickboxing, BJJ, MMA, and fitness classes.
