What Is Krav Zone Wrestling Club?

Krav Zone Wrestling Club is Sunnyvale's home for world-class youth wrestling. Starting Sunday, September 6, 2026, our program is led by Stanford Wrestling alumnus and All-American Jaden Abas — a coach who believes wrestling is more than a sport. It's a vehicle for confidence, discipline, and personal growth.

Whether your child is brand new to the mat or already competing, our club meets them where they are and builds from there.

FROM COACH JADEN ABAS

“Wrestling is more than a sport. It’s a vehicle for personal growth — a space where individuals realize their full potential through authentic expression, discipline, community, and joy.”

— Coach Jaden Abas, Stanford Wrestling Alumnus & All-American

Meet Coach Jaden Abas

Stanford All-American · NCAA 7th Place · Beat the Streets Bay Area

Jaden is a recent graduate of Stanford University and a Stanford Wrestling alumnus. During his college career, he earned All-American honors with a 7th-place finish at the NCAA Championships and was recognized as his conference's Scholar-Athlete of the Year. He was also awarded the Spirit of Stanford award, given to athletes who excel in their sport while serving as leaders on and off the field.

Coming from a family deeply rooted in the California wrestling style, Jaden grew up immersed in the sport — cultivating not only a deep love for wrestling, but a unique understanding of its technical, mental, and cultural dimensions.

His coaching philosophy extends far beyond the mat. He views wrestling as a vehicle for personal growth — a space where individuals realize their full potential through authentic expression, discipline, community, and joy.
